Vacation has ended!
Well we are home from our vacation in CO. Steve and I had a great time. We did some skiing (well Steve did) I on the other hand got pulled down the mountain on the back of the snow patrol. I wasn't hurt, just not used to skiing and was tired. It was truly embarrassing. Co is so pretty, I always love going and hate coming home. Next year we will go to Steamboat and let the kids try skiing. The rest of the time was spent going to breweries (Steve had a blast) and I have grown to tolerate beer. I hated to leave my sister, we had a great time and can't wait to see her soon. We got home late Wed night and went to pick up the kids Thurs. morning. Then the real fun began....POTATO consignment sale. It is always fun sitting back there typing in all the cards that come through and talking to some great friends. But when its over I am so tired. Then today is Mon and its back to normal. Oh well, spring is almost here which means planting the garden and we are building a screen porch this summer. So there is always something to do!

Hi ho...its off to Colorado I go!
I am very excited...we leave (very early) on Sat. morning for a couple of days in Colorado. We will do some skiing, of course my sister lives out there, and Steve has a brew tour that he wants to go on. So when I get back I will post some pics and hopefully not have a broken leg!

Can't wait!
Tomorrow, the boys will be dropped off at their Mimi and Pop's so Steve and I can go to Denver for a couple of days! It has been soooo long since Steve and I have vacationed together w/o the boys. We will be going to see my sister (hey Shelby!), do some skiing, and Steve has this obsession with breweries since he has been home brewing! So I am really looking forward to some time off (I love my kids!) but they are VERY demanding! No having to serve someone 3 meals a day, peaceful meals, and trying to keep up! I will miss them and will look forward to seeing them. Then after we get home, I have the POTATO consignment sale to work. I'm going to post this info on the sale (like someone actually follows this blog):

What a busy day:
So we woke up this morning with about 5" of snow on the ground. Now I know what some may think...is that all? But for TN that is actually really good! We got the boys all dressed and headed out to play. Nikki even got in on the action and had a great time running and playing stick. For some reason the boys thought since it had snowed it was Christmas. Then it was off to the Playhouse Disney Live. The boys had a blast. All their favorite characters were there..Little Einsteins, Tigger and Pooh...the whole 9 yards. It is so great to see the show thorough their eyes. It makes you feel young again!
